As an Energy Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams with energy data management, regulatory compliance, and project coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a global energy solutions company that values innovation, collaboration, and customer success.
Schedule: Hybrid - IN OFFICE - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. WFH - Thursday and Friday.
Be the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service via phone and email.
Maintain and analyse energy data, producing reports and spreadsheets to support legislative compliance and energy-saving initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Partner with internal energy consultants to prepare for client meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation is in place.
Draft and manage client agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Process legislative refunds and manage site changes, including additions, removals, and tenancy updates.
Support metering and siteworks projects, guiding clients through each step.
Keep CRM systems up to date with meter data, contracts, and agreements.
Participate in ongoing training, monthly one-on-ones, and performance reviews to support your growth.
Contribute to process improvements and share ideas that enhance service delivery.

Previous experience in administration and customer support.
