Role Purpose
As a Quantity Surveyor you are expected to provide commercial support to the Delivery Teams. This will include working with a wide variety of different contract types, mainly consisting of NEC4. The role would need to manage tight deadlines to meet both internal and external reporting periods.
The Role
This role will be based at our HQ in Midsomer Norton, but also can be based at any of our regional offices: Maidstone, Poole, Bromsgrove, Swansea. We also have shared office space in Reading and Falmer. We offer a hybrid model of 3 days in the office, 2 days at home with some flexible working. You will be expected to travel to Client sites and meetings as required.
Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday.

Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, plus supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor Clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
Due to the current team requirements, we are currently looking for someone with a solid range of experience and would be joining us at a qualified or near qualified level.
